My current mental state can best be described as 'staring at a grey wall', because that's really it. I'm just sort of existing in like a dull nothingness.
Nothing's going on. I'm not talking to anyone, I'm not doing anything, and I'm honestly not feeling a whole lot either.
To be honest I'm not making that much of an effort either. Like I know I want to be talking to somebody and that I want to be doing something but I don't know. I just kind of lack motivation, I guess.

Found a cool way to get over art blocks!
It's like a random character generator. Here's how it works:
Write down and number 9 adjectives (which would describe body type)
ex. 1 fat, 2 buff, 3 scrawny etc.
Then, write down 9 outfits
ex. 1 business suit, 2 samurai outfit,3 viking etc.
After that, write down 9 random species
ex. 1 human, 2 yeti, 3 dragon etc.
You can just keep adding things like this :P I also added male & female as something which would be generated randomly
Then, go into random.org and have it choose which characteristics your character should have. Then, draw that shit!
I've made my own sheet of characteristics, and I'm considering making a few drawings

Every time I come home from school I'm really tired, so I fall asleep. Every day. For like 3 hours.
Because of this I've gotten absolutely nothing done at all in the past 3-4 days, because my days just disappear.
But because I've slept all evening, I cannot sleep at night. That's what happened yesterday. I fell asleep at like 4, woke up at 7-8, and couldn't fall asleep 'til 6:10 am. I then had to get up at 6:30 am.

But on a brighter note, my Sketchbook Pro had been a piece of shit for the past time, but now I've fixed it! So if I manage to not fall asleep, I could actually make something!

Goals of the year
I'm really considering making several commitments this year. I've made several life goals which I doubt will be reached unless I really make an effort. Here are the things I'm going to try to do this year.
-Try to spend 35 hours a week on art. 5 hours a day. My goal is to become a freelance illustrator, and that takes quite a lot of practice, so I'll put in as much time as possible. While 5 hours is a lot, if it's made into a habit it should happen naturally after some time. I mean hey, I've done it for like 3 days in a row now, no biggie XD
-Put myself out there more. Considering stuff like twitch streams, eventually, since I've done them
